Promoting more inclusive work environments is both a challenge and an opportunity for organizations. This report offers an integrated perspective of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) applied to the workplace, based on the experience developed at ÁNIMA and the joint work with the Training Companies within the framework of Dual Training.
The SAD is presented as a tool to remove barriers and enhance the resources that already exist in each organization, favoring more accessible, motivating and equitable work environments.
Since 2023, ÁNIMA has assumed Inclusive Education as an institutional axis, convinced that each person can contribute to expand opportunities and build fairer spaces.
