Our comprehensive training proposal is aimed
at young people who live in a situation of social vulnerability

From a technical-professional educational offer in the Baccalaureate cycle, with the commitment and professionalism of our team, we build an educational process aimed at developing the necessary skills for the labor and social inclusion of young people.

MISSION

Promote the human and professional development of young people who live in a situation of social vulnerability, providing them with the necessary tools for their personal fulfillment. By strengthening links between the world of work, the educational institution, students and their families, we build significant learning that allows the insertion of young people in the labor market and to reach their full participation in society.

Vision

A society committed to the education of the country, quality and inclusive, that allows young people to develop the skills, capacities and knowledge to act as free, responsible and collaborative citizens, for the construction of a country with more and better opportunities.

ORIGIN

ÁNIMA was founded in 2014 by a group of professionals with great social commitment and Christian vocation, who visualized the value and need to create a bridge between the world of education and work.

OIT reconoce el papel clave de las personas y las organizaciones a la hora de impulsar un enfoque innovador de los sistemas de competencias y abordar los desafíos.

ÁNIMA fue seleccionada como finalista entre más de 400 proyectos que se presentaron a nivel mundial, quedando como una de las 5 mejores propuestas, que ahora nos convoca a formar parte del grupo Skill Innovations Network que sienta las bases de una Skills Innovation Network.
S4YE es una coalición de múltiples partes interesadas entre el sector público, el sector privado, actores de la sociedad civil, fundaciones, grupos de investigación y jóvenes, cuyo objetivo es desarrollar soluciones innovadoras para el empleo juvenil, a través de investigaciones prácticas basadas en evidencia y la participación activa de las partes interesadas tanto a nivel público como privado.

ÁNIMA, fue seleccionada para formar parte de esta comunidad de proyectos innovadores alrededor del mundo, con un único denominador común: promover acciones para incrementar las oportunidades de los jóvenes para insertarse en el trabajo productivo.
