This systematization brings together the process developed within the framework of the “We are ÁNIMA” projects, with the support of Fundación Itaú during the years 2024 and 2025. The document integrates the institutional trajectory in Inclusive Education, recovering learnings, reflections and actions promoted by the team during this period.
Throughout this journey, a paradigm shift has been consolidated in the educational proposal of ANIMA’s Technological Baccalaureate, in its Administration and ICT orientations, focusing on collective construction and equitable access to opportunities for all.
This document is the result of a collective process of reflection that was
possible thanks to the contribution and commitment of several people and institutions.
